The Greenhills home is another stunning new build which enjoys incredible views across the bay.

This one off, super high performing home is built using a raft system over a polystyrene layer, effectively isolating the floor, and providing a total thermal break from the ground. This, accompanied by 50mm edge insulation laid the groundwork for a passive home.

Thermal windows with low e glass and our typical R5.0 ceiling insulation, combined with a rendered poly cladding system has created one very toasty home. Heating is via a wood burner and some electric in-floor heating. In-floor electric heating generally runs around $15.00 to $20.00 per month and minimal usage of the wood heater is needed.

Our team worked with master craftsmen to provide another stunning example of tiling. Feature concrete also adds interest and value to this home – the exposed aggregate with small stone and a bit of charcoal colour creates a beautiful aesthetic within the home that has received many compliments.
